FAQ

Common questions

What counts as a "scan" or "lookup"?

One Web Intelligence scan = one full pipeline run against a target URL (all six modules). One On-Chain Risk lookup = one wallet address screened against the live blacklist, taint graph, and freeze ledger. Cached results within a 24-hour window do not consume quota.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Enterprise contracts are governed by the terms in your service agreement.

Which blockchains are covered for On-Chain Risk?

Live-verified coverage: Ethereum mainnet and TRON. Mirrored / partial coverage: Polygon, Arbitrum, Base. Coverage gaps are disclosed in the API response metadata so you always know the confidence level of each result.

What does "SLA-backed" mean for Enterprise?

Enterprise agreements include a contractual uptime commitment (typically 99.5 % monthly), defined response-time targets for support tickets, and scheduled review calls with your dedicated success manager. Exact terms are negotiated per contract.
