El Toad Pepe is a single-domain promotional website for a meme-coin project branded "El Toad Pepe ($TOAD)". Its homepage carries the tagline "That Grin Means Something". It presents a cryptocurrency token themed on the Pepe frog meme and appears to exist to promote the token and attract visitors toward holding or trading it.
