WHY YOU CAN
TRUST THE ANSWER.
One place for how TrustSniffer works and what it stands behind: what we cover, how we decide, how we publish, and how we fix mistakes. No mystery scores, no hidden mechanics.
A trust checker for websites and crypto wallets.
TrustSniffer is an independent service that assesses the risk of publicly reachable websites and of supported Ethereum and TRON wallet addresses. You submit a link or an address, and we return a plain-English assessment based on the evidence we can collect, with the reasons behind it. The core checks are free.

What TrustSniffer isn't.
TrustSniffer is an independent service operated at trustsniffer.com that screens websites and supported crypto wallet addresses for risk. To set expectations, here is what it is not.
Not a token-contract scanner. We assess wallet addresses and websites, not the source code of individual tokens.
Not a custodian. We never hold, freeze, or move funds. We report and explain what we observe.
Not a regulator or law enforcement. A result is our own assessment, not an official action or a legal finding.
Not affiliated with similarly named tools. TrustSniffer is its own product, at its own domain.
The principles under all of it.
Evidence-first
Every verdict cites the reasons behind it. If we can't show why, we don't assert it.
Independent
Verdicts are not for sale. Paying never changes a result, and we don't take payment to alter a rating.
Human-reviewed
AI can help draft and explain, but people sign off. Automated systems never publish on their own.
Informational
A result is a risk assessment, not proof of wrongdoing and not legal or financial advice.
