Pending entries are freezes the issuer has proposed but not executed. Their address and exact amount are withheld until the freeze lands on chain, so this page can never warn a holder in time to move the funds. Frozen entries are shown in full. The balance is the USDT the wallet held when it was flagged; $0 means none was recorded, which can also mean the balance could not be read at that moment.

How TrustSniffer sees a freeze coming
Tether does not freeze an address in one step. A signer of its multi-signature management contract submits an addBlackList call, and the freeze executes when enough signers confirm it. That submission is public on chain before it takes effect. TrustSniffer reads every submission on TRON and on Ethereum, decodes the target address, and records it here the moment it appears. When the freeze executes, the entry turns to Frozen and shows how long before the freeze it was flagged.
The second method is the cross-chain twin. A TRON address and an Ethereum address derived from the same private key share one 20-byte account hash. When an issuer freezes one of them, the other is still spendable, and it is flagged if it still holds a meaningful balance.
Neither method guesses. Both read an action the issuer itself has started or completed. What they cannot tell you is who controls a wallet or why it was frozen: every wallet page states only what the chain shows and where it came from. Read the full method in how we see a USDT freeze coming.

What is the USDT freeze tracker?
A live record of every wallet TrustSniffer flagged as about to be frozen by a stablecoin issuer, and what happened next. When the issuer executes the freeze, the entry shows the address, the amount and how long before the freeze TrustSniffer flagged it (median 10 min).
How does TrustSniffer know a wallet is about to be frozen?
Tether freezes an address through a multi-signature management contract: one signer submits an addBlackList call, and it executes once enough signers confirm. TrustSniffer decodes each submission on TRON and Ethereum as it is made, before execution. It also watches for the cross-chain twin of a key the issuer has just frozen, because a TRON and an Ethereum address derived from the same private key share one account hash.
Why are pending wallets not shown in full?
A pending wallet has not been frozen yet and can still move its funds. Publishing the address would warn its holder before the issuer acts. Pending entries therefore show only the network, an amount range, the time rounded to ten minutes and an opaque reference. The full address appears the moment the freeze executes on chain.
Is a flagged wallet proof of a crime?
No. The tracker records an issuer's own freeze action and the time TrustSniffer saw it coming. It does not say who controls an address or why the issuer acted. Each wallet page states the evidence and its source.
Can I check or monitor my own wallet?
Yes. Paste any Ethereum or TRON address into the free wallet checker for its current freeze, sanctions and exposure status, or add it to wallet monitoring to be alerted when its status changes.
