Full analysis

Overview

ULTRONICS Stockmaster is a single-page Web3 landing site for a 4,444-edition NFT collection modelled on a 1964 Nixie-tube quotation terminal. Visitors are invited to connect a wallet, mint, trade on an exchange and an OTC desk, and burn a companion token, $ULTRONICS, to "hardwire" a machine. Its apparent business model is to sell numbered collectibles and route mint fees, trading fees, buybacks and floor-NFT sales into a reward pool that pays tokenized stock rewards to holders.

Scam/Impersonation Risk

The assessment is cautionary. A threat-intelligence source currently lists the domain, and this is a confirmed blacklist hit. Separately, the domain was registered only days before the assessment, and the page's economic claims cannot be checked. The homepage's global statistics panel shows the minted count, hardwired count, reward pool, floor balance, reserves and tokens burned only as empty placeholders ("…"). Nothing on the page shows that the funds supposedly backing the reward model exist. The page promises that holders of hardwired machines receive stock-token rewards (AAPLx, NVDAx, TSLAx, MSFTx and similar) funded by fees. The scrolling ticker of stock prices shows evenly spaced values, which look like placeholders rather than a live market feed. The one disclaimer is "Not financial advice". No team, custodian, audit or issuer of the tokenized equities is identified. Taken together, this is a yield-style reward promise sitting on an unverifiable value flow, which is a pattern commonly associated with extraction schemes. No brand impersonation, credential-harvesting form, hidden form, clipboard manipulation or wallet-drainer behaviour was observed. Automated browsing found only a wallet-connection prompt and benign network activity. Abuse reports exist against the shared network address the site resolves to. These apply to the provider's shared address and are not specific to this site, so they are treated as background context, not as a finding against the operator. Evidence:

  • Homepage: the statistics panel shows every figure as an unpopulated placeholder, and the reward mechanism is described only as "fees → holders".
  • Homepage: it advertises stock-token rewards, a $ULTRONICS burn-to-hardwire step, an OTC desk and a wallet-connect prompt, with no named issuer or custodian.
  • Domain registered 2026-10-06 (~13 days old); only 3 archive snapshots, all captured on 2026-10-07, so there is no meaningful history.
  • Threat-intelligence checks: one engine flagged the domain as malicious and one as suspicious, and an external blacklist hit is confirmed.

Regulatory Verification Notes

The homepage names no legal entity, jurisdiction, registration number or licensing authority. The only legal-style language is the "Not financial advice" disclaimer and a "Fine Print" navigation item, whose content was not part of the captured material. The business offers tokenized equity exposure and fee-funded rewards to holders. Offerings of this kind typically fall under securities, collective-investment or virtual-asset rules in many jurisdictions, yet the site claims no authorisation under any of them. The site has no match in third-party broker reputation datasets, which is neutral and not a clearance. The operator's real-world identity is unverified, and no on-site claim can be treated as established. Evidence:

  • Homepage and navigation: there is no company name, address, regulator reference or licence statement, and no team or audit information.
  • Domain registered through NameCheap, Inc. on 2026-10-06, with expiry in 2027-10 (a one-year registration).
  • The site is served from AS13335 (Cloudflare, Inc.), and its TLS certificate is issued by WE1 as a domain-validated (DV) certificate valid to 2027-01-16, which confirms only encrypted transport, not operator identity.

What to Verify Next

Any engagement should begin with independent identification of the legal entity behind the project. The reward model can be tested by checking whether the tokenized stock assets and the claimed reserves exist on-chain, through a blockchain explorer, independent of the site's own dashboard. The issuer and backing of the AAPLx-style tokens should be traced to a named, regulated provider. The Fine Print and Documentation pages should be read for entity, risk and redemption terms. The official social and marketplace channels should be confirmed through independent sources, not the links on the site. The official support and contact channels should also be confirmed through an offline or independent route. Evidence:

  • Homepage: the navigation lists Documentation, Fine Print, OpenSea and X links, and these require independent confirmation.
  • Homepage: the reserve, reward-pool and floor-balance fields are blank, so on-chain balances are the only usable test.
  • The site's reward claims reference named tokenized equities, so issuer and redemption terms must be established outside the site.

Summary Verdict

The site is assessed as critical risk. The assessment rests on a confirmed blacklist listing, a newly created domain, an unverifiable reward economy, and an operator with no verified identity. The site's polished presentation and working encrypted transport do not offset these factors. The sound technical hygiene found is consistent with a low-effort, quickly deployed property and does not indicate legitimacy.

Infrastructure Integrity

The site sits entirely behind Cloudflare's CDN and WAF, and the only observed address is a CDN edge node, so the hosting origin cannot be seen. This is a mild mitigating factor because it provides transport and DDoS protection. It does not help establish who operates the site. The edge-only visibility also means content can be swapped quickly without any change to the visible hosting footprint.

Closing Assessment

Read-only browsing is the only appropriate interaction. Wallet connection, minting, token burning, trading and any transfer of funds or credentials should be avoided. Anyone who has already connected a wallet should review and revoke its token approvals.

About this assessment

A trust score summarises the evidence TrustSniffer could collect about ultronics.cash at assessment time. It is a starting point for your own judgement, not a guarantee: a high score means the signals were consistent with a legitimately operated site, a low or critical score means several risk patterns were present.

TrustSniffer assesses a website from the evidence it can collect at a point in time: domain registration and age, hosting and certificate, the content the site served, and third-party reputation feeds. A score is a summary of that evidence, not a guarantee and not a legal finding. There is no human rating and no user review in it. A site can change after it is assessed.

  2. Paid with crypto? Contact the exchange or wallet app you sent it from today. Give them the address you paid.
  3. Signed in or shared a password? Change it now, on every site where you use it, and turn on two-step sign-in.
  4. Report it to the police. In the US you can also report at reportfraud.ftc.gov and ic3.gov. In other countries, use your national police or fraud reporting service.
  5. Keep the evidence. Save screenshots, receipts, emails and chat messages. Your bank and the police will ask for them.
  6. Ignore anyone who offers to get your money back for a fee. These "recovery" offers are often a second scam.
